Tax Processors Plus Desktop gives you the option to collate pages when printing. When printing returns using the Collate Print Option, all forms in the return will print in sequence. If more than one copy of the return is selected to print, the first return will print in its entirety before the second copy prints.

Individual Tax Returns

To configure print settings to collate pages for individual tax returns, from the Main Menu of Tax Processors Plus Desktop select:

  • Configuration
  • Printer/Copies Setup
