Fiscal Year Must Begin In Current Tax Year

A fiscal year is 12 consecutive months ending on the last day of any month other than December.

Entities operating on a fiscal year must file their tax return on tax forms for the year in which the fiscal year begins.

For example, if an entity's fiscal year begins October 1, 2024 and ends September 30, 2025 you will prepare the 2024 return using the 2024 Tax Processors Plus Desktop program.
