To access Form 1120-H, U.S. Income Tax Return for Homeowners Associations, you'll need to first create Form 1120. Then, in the Heading Information menu select:
- Form 1120-H (Homeowners Associations)
- Print this Return on Form 1120-H - Change the answer to YES.
- Complete the remaining information in the Form 1120-H Info Menu
After completing the heading information, complete the rest of the return as needed.
Tax year 2025 is the first year that electronic filing is available for Form 1120-H. Prior year returns must be mailed. See the form instructions for the mailing address based on where the association is located.
