If you have forgotten your Tax Processors Plus Online password, you will need to create a new password. The current password cannot be retrieved. The new password must be different than the last five passwords you've used for Tax Processors Plus Online.
To create a new password, from the login page of Tax Processors Plus Online:
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your Username and click Submit.
- You will then be prompted to authenticate yourself. Select to receive a validation code via either e-mail or text message to your mobile number, then click Send Code.
- Enter the verification code you received and click Verify.
- Create a new password following the password guidelines provided and click Submit.
After successfully changing your password, you will see a Notification that your password has been updated. Click Back and log in to your Tax Processors Plus Online account with your new password.
