Obtain the approved installer
Contact Tax Processors Plus to confirm demo availability, eligibility, Windows requirements and the appropriate installer. A verified demo-download link is not available in this guide yet.
The desktop software uses Windows. The online edition is accessed through a web browser.
Install a saved Windows installer
- Locate the approved installation file on your computer. If you saved it in the default download location, look in Users > your user name > Downloads.
- Double-click the approved installation file.
- Follow the on-screen Windows Installer and InstallShield Wizard prompts.
- After installation finishes, open the installed software from its Windows shortcut.
