TaxesToGo: Does the information from the documents sent in TaxesToGo automatically upload into the data fields in the program?

Taxpayer documents submitted via TaxesToGo are images, and the information in an image does not automatically pull into the tax return. You will need to view and/or print the documents to see the information and manually enter it in the tax return.
Where to see the documents the taxpayer has sent varies depending on which version of Tax Processors Plus you are using.
Desktop
In Tax Processors Plus Desktop premium, you can view the info the taxpayer has sent from two places: within the tax return and in Paper Cut.
From the Main Menu of the tax return select:
- Personal Information
- View Current Year Tax Return PDF(s) - Click the document you wish to view.
To view in Paper Cut, click the Paper Cut icon in the toolbar at the top of the window and locate the taxpayer in the Tax Returns section.
Online software
To view the documents in Tax Processors Plus Online within the tax return, select the taxpayer's name in the top right corner and choose Scanned Documents.
