When my client clicks the "Create Portal Click Here" link they are taken to a login page

If your client selects the link “Click Here to access your portal” and it takes them to a login page titled "Log in to your Customer Portal", this means that their e-mail address is already tied to a Customer Portal and they should be able to login.
If they don't remember their Customer Portal password they should select the "Forgot Password" link to reset the password.
