TaxesToGo: I can't see the chats for my TaxesToGo users

The TaxesToGo chats only show for the app returns you have claimed. You will not see every chat within your tax office.
Also, the TaxesToGo chat bar at the bottom of the screen won't show until you have claimed your first TaxesToGo app return.
Check which preparer the return is assigned to - that's who will see the chats.
