Can I Change The Document Prep Fee?

The Document Preparation Fee is an additional fee the bank allows the ERO to charge for handling and completing bank applications on tax returns prepared in Tax Processors Plus. The bank pays this fee directly to the ERO along with the tax return preparation fees.
The Document Prep Fee can be changed by contacting your sales manager up until your office starts transmitting returns. Once the first return is transmitted, the fee is locked for the season and cannot be changed.
