If FormIL1120ST Step 1 Line C (first return) contains an X, then FormIL1120ST Step 1 Line B Box must contain an X.
To fix this reject in Tax Processors Plus Desktop, from the Main Menu of the Illinois S corp return select:

Address Change or Initial Return
Two questions will be asked. Answer Yes to only one of them: - Is this your first return?
- Did you change addresses?
The return will reject if both are answered Yes.
