Can the Ohio RITA Return be Electronically Filed?

At present, Tax Processors Plus Online does not support electronically filing the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) return for the state of Ohio. It does not piggyback on the Ohio individual income tax return when it is electronically filed.
To access RITA Form 37 in Tax Processors Plus Desktop, from the Ohio Tax Return Menu select:
- Ohio City Main Menu
- Ohio Regional Income Tax Return (Form 37)
