The IRS Acknowledgements report in Tax Processors Plus Online displays all new IRS acknowledgements. Once the report is viewed, the returns move to the Old IRS Acknowledgements report.
Access the IRS Acknowledgements / Old IRS Acknowledgements Report
To access the reports, from the welcome screen select:
- Reports
- Federal Transmission Reports
- IRS Acknowledgements or Old IRS Acknowledgements
Information Included in the Report
The IRS Acknowledgement report displays the following information:
- EFIN
- Last 4 digits of the taxpayer's SSN
- Taxpayer's last name
- Return status (accepted or rejected)
- Reject code and description for rejected returns
- ERO identifier
The Old IRS Acknowledgement report displays the same information based on EFIN selection and date range.
