The IRS/State ACH Deposits report in Tax Processors Plus Online displays all new taxpayer deposits from the IRS and state for returns that included a bank product. Once the report has been viewed, the list of deposits moves to the Old IRS/State ACH Deposits report.
Access the IRS/State ACH Deposits report
To access the report, from your office welcome screen select:
- Reports
- Financial Reports
- IRS/State ACH Deposits
Information Included
The IRS/State ACH Deposits report displays the following information:
- Office EFIN
- Last 4 digits of the taxpayer's SSN
- Taxpayer's last name
- Source (IRS or State)
- Amount of the deposit
- Date of the deposit
The report can be saved in any of four formats (HTML, PDF, Excel or CSV) by selecting the option at the bottom of the report.
Access the Old IRS/State ACH Deposits report
The Old IRS/State ACH Deposits report displays the same information based on EFIN selection and date range. To access the report, from your office welcome screen select:
- Reports
- Financial Reports
- Old IRS/State ACH Deposits
The report can be saved in any of four formats (HTML, PDF, Excel or CSV) by selecting the option at the bottom of the report.
