Where do I make a Payment for Mississippi Automatic Extension of Time to File?

Mississippi allows an automatic extension to the federal extension due date if no additional Mississippi tax is due. If you are filing the Mississippi return in paper form, attach a copy of the federal extension request.
An extension of time does not extend the time to pay any tax due. Make extension payments for tax due on or before April 15.
To enter amount paid with extension in Tax Processors Plus Desktop, from the Mississippi Return menu select:
- Payments, Estimates and Applied Credit
- Amount Paid with Extension
