In Tax Processors Plus, Tennessee Form FAE-170 can be prepared and electronically filed when prepared in the business program in conjunction with federal Forms 1120, 1120-S, and 1065.
It's not supported for electronic filing when prepared in conjunction with federal Forms 1040 and 1041.
It can also be prepared and filed at the Tennessee Department of Revenue website here.
