Why is Schedule C Page 2 not printing?

Page 2 of IRS Schedule C (Form 1040) has three parts:
- Part III - Cost of Good Sold
- Part IV - Information on Your Vehicle
- Part V - Other Expenses
If no information has been entered in any of these three parts, i.e., the business has no inventory nor a vehicle, and has not itemized any expenses as "Other", the second page of the Schedule C will not print as it is unnecessary.
