To set up estimated payments in the Massachusetts individual income tax return in Tax Processors Plus Online, from the Massachusetts Return menu select:
- Miscellaneous Forms
- Estimated Payment Vouchers, Form 1-ES - Answer Yes to the question and enter the amount of the estimated payment that will be made for each quarter. The estimated payment vouchers will print with the state tax return.
- Select the Form you plan to file next year - From the dropdown menu select Resident or Nonresident return.
