State Acknowledgements Reports

In Tax Processors Plus Online, the State Acknowledgements report lists all new state acknowledgements since the report was last viewed. Once the report is viewed, the acks move to the Old State Acknowledgements report.
Access the State Acknowledgements Reports
To access either of the state acknowledgements reports in Tax Processors Plus Online, from the Welcome screen select:
- Reports
- State Transmission Reports

State Acknowledgements or
Old State Acknowledgements
Information Included
The State Acknowledgement report lists the following information:
- EFIN
- Last 4 digits of the taxpayer's SSN
- The taxpayer's last name
- Return status (accepted or rejected)
- State abbreviation
- Reject code and description for rejected returns
- ERO identifier
The Old State Acknowledgement report displays the same information based on EFIN selection and date range.
Either report can be printed or exported to PDF, Excel, or CSV formats.
