The Custom Configuration Items series of reports contain reports for related to custom questions, referrals, and return tags. Most reports can be printed or exported to PDF, Excel, or CSV formats.
To access Custom Configuration Items reports
From the Welcome page select:
- Reports
- Custom Configuration Items
Available reports
Custom Consents
Prints a list of tax returns showing whether or not consent was granted on the consent form.
Question Statistics
Prints a list of the custom questions and a count of the responses. Exportable to Excel only.
Return Tag Report
Prints a list of returns that have been assigned a return tag. Because one or more tags can be assigned to a return and removed as needed, this report is only a snapshot of tagged returns at the time it was run.
Referral Report
For each return with a referral, this report lists the referrer.
Custom Credit Report
For each return, this report lists the custom credit and amount entered.
Return Questions
For each return that has answered a custom question, this report lists the taxpayer's name and address along with their answer to the question.
Return Questions With Consent Indicator Report
This report lists both taxpayer and spouse names and address along with answers to the custom consent form and the custom question(s).
