Michigan Schedule AMD

When the Amended Return box is checked on the Michigan Individual Income Tax Return (MI-1040), you must include Schedule AMD, Amended Return Explanation of Changes and all applicable schedules and supporting documentation for a complete filing.
To access the Schedule AMD in Tax Processors Plus Online, from the Michigan Amended Return menu select;
- Amend Return
- Answer Yes to "To create Schedule AMD, Michigan Amended Return Explanation of Changes, select YES and complete the additional section below."
