Unable to Transmit due to Missing Signature

In Tax Processors Plus Online, on the Submission page in a tax return you may receive a message indicating that a signature is required before transmitting. If you commonly obtain taxpayer signatures other than on-screen in the e-file section, you will want to disable this requirement.
To disable requiring the signature field to be signed on the Submission page, from the Tax Processors Plus Online Welcome page select:
- Configuration
- Office Setup
- Require taxpayer signatures prior to efile - If checked, the taxpayer (and spouse if MFJ) must have signed the return before it can be e-filed. Uncheck to disable this requirement.
