Why is NY IT-201 Item E information not printing?

In the New York resident tax return, if you have indicated the taxpayer is a full-year resident of New York City, the information in Form IT-201 Item E - whether or not the taxpayer had living quarters in NYC and how many days they spent in NYC - isn't required. Thus, even if you enter this information in the tax return, Tax Processors Plus won't print it on the return.
