Form 990-PF Part XIII is completed by private operating foundations. This part is accessible only if the organization is indicated in the return to be a private operating foundation.
To indicate that Form 990-PF is being filed by a private operating foundation, from the Main Menu of the return (Form 990-PF) select:
- Parts VI-A and VI-B
- Part VI-A
- Additional Questions
- Status as a private operating foundation sect 4942(j)(3) or (5) - Select and answer YES.
