Iowa - Amount paid with request for extension

When a taxpayer makes an automatic extension payment to the state of Iowa, the payment amount needs to be included in their Iowa tax return.
To enter the payment made with the Iowa extension in the Iowa individual income tax return in Tax Processors Plus Desktop, from the Iowa Tax Return Menu select:
- Payments and Refundable Credits
- Estimate & Voucher Payments
- Amount Paid with Extension
