To indicate either taxpayer or spouse is a member of the military in the Maryland nonresident return in Tax Processors Plus Online, from the nonresident Maryland Return menu select:

- Are you or your spouse in the Military? - Select Yes, and enter the amount of non-Maryland military income in the field provided.
