Can the Ohio RITA Return be Electronically Filed?

At present, Tax Processors Plus Online does not support electronically filing the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) return for the state of Ohio. It does not piggyback on the Ohio individual income tax return when it is electronically filed.

In Tax Processors Plus Online, the RITA return is under the Localities menu you'll see after starting the Ohio tax return:
