E-File Process - Custom Questions

In Tax Processors Plus Online, Custom Questions are included in the electronic filing process if at least one question and answer have been completed in the Question Template in Configuration.
If the question has been marked as required, the preparer will not be able to continue until an answer is selected.
Here's an example of a question encouraging the preparer to make sure they have verified the taxpayer's identification:
